Return and Refund

Return Policy – Full Refund Eligibility

If you wish to return an item for a full refund, the following terms and conditions must be met:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in its original condition, exactly as received.

  • The product must be packed in its original packaging or in resalable condition.

  • Both the product and packaging must be undamaged.

  • No assembly should have been attempted.

  • No modifications should be made to the product.

  • The item must be complete, with no missing parts.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned first and inspected.

Once received and approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Return & Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange a product for another, exchanges are allowed within 30 days, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (rates vary based on location).

  • The item must be packed in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • The product must be undamaged and unused.

  • The packaging must not be opened.

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

Once we receive and inspect the item, the requested replacement will be shipped.


Change of Mind or Order Cancellation

Changed your mind after placing an order? Here’s how cancellations and returns work:

  • Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has already been shipped, return shipping costs will apply.

  • If the order has been delivered, and you want to return it:

    • You are responsible for the return courier costs.

    • The item must be in its original packaging and undamaged.

    • Once returned and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued only after the item passes our return inspection.


Damaged or Defective Items

ZGEN FURNITURE is committed to delivering quality products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will make it right.

Here’s how we handle it:

  • Notify us within 2–3 business days of delivery.
    (Claims beyond this window may not be accepted by courier companies.)

  • Most damages occur during transit, and we will take full responsibility.

  • If the item is damaged or defective on arrival:

    • We will send a replacement part at no additional cost.

  • If damage is caused after delivery by the customer, replacement may still be offered, but the part cost must be covered by the customer.

  • In the case of manufacturing defects, we will replace the defective part free of charge.


Important Notes:

  • Always inspect your item immediately upon delivery.

  • Keep the original packaging until you confirm the product is correct and undamaged.

  • For faster support, send clear photos of any damage or defects when contacting our team.
