To ensure a smooth experience for our customers and to prevent any potential misunderstandings, ZGEN FURNITURE has outlined the following terms and conditions, which are applicable to both customers and our company.

These policies are created and overseen by our senior management team and are designed to protect the interests of both parties.


Delivery Information

If you’re searching for reliable and fast delivery across the UK, ZGEN FURNITURE is here to serve you. We proudly offer free delivery across the UK Mainland on all furniture items including wardrobes, sofas, sofa beds, and bedroom sets. Whether you’re in London, Manchester, or Edinburgh, rest assured that your new furniture will arrive at your door quickly and hassle-free.

Please Note:

  • Free delivery is available throughout the UK Mainland.

  • Our courier will contact you before the delivery date to ensure everything goes smoothly.

  • Delivery will be made according to the estimated timeframe mentioned in your order.

  • Items are brought inside your home. If you live on the ground or first floor, no extra charge applies. However, for floors above the first, a fee of £10 per floor is applicable unless there is a working lift.

  • In case a customer refuses the delivery upon arrival, the delivery fee will be deducted from the total refund.


Address Update for Delivery

If you wish to change your delivery address, please inform us before your order is dispatched. Once the item is with the courier, changes become difficult and may incur additional courier service charges for redirection.


Money Back Guarantee

At ZGEN FURNITURE, we offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on all furniture purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied or if the product arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within the specified period for a full refund. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and we’re here to support that.

Important Guidelines:

  • Any quality concerns must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will resolve the issue through one of the following:

    • Providing a partial refund

    • Replacing any damaged or defective parts

    • Collecting the item and issuing a full refund

  • If the customer mistakenly orders the wrong product, we are not responsible.

  • If you cause any damage during assembly, replacement parts can be provided but will be chargeable.

  • If you decide to return the item after receiving it, ensure it’s in its original packaging or in resellable condition, and you’ll need to handle or cover return shipping.

  • Assembled or partially assembled items are not eligible for return.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you’re looking for a dependable platform to buy elegant and modern furniture for your home, ZGEN FURNITURE is the right choice. We ensure all items come with a manufacturing warranty or guarantee.

Important Notes:

  • If your item is delivered with visible damage or defect, please notify us within 2 to 3 working days. Beyond this period, courier claims are not accepted.

  • We’ll arrange replacement parts at no cost, but timely notification is essential.

  • If the damage is caused by the customer, replacement is still possible, but the cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • For manufacturing faults, we take full responsibility for the replacement.


Returns and Refunds

If a customer wishes to return an item for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

  • Product should be in the original condition as it was received.

  • Must be returned in the original packaging or in resellable condition.

  • No signs of damage to product or packaging.

  • No assembly attempted.

  • No modifications made to the product.

  • All parts and accessories must be included.

  • Refund will only be processed once the returned item is received by us.


Return and Exchange

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different product, we allow exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The following conditions apply:

  • Customer is responsible for courier charges, which vary depending on location.

  • Product must be in original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • No damage to the item.

  • Packaging should be unopened.

  • Must be suitable for resale.


Change of Mind or Order Cancellation

If you change your mind after placing your order, cancellation is possible, subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has already been shipped, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your order has already been delivered, you may still return the product under these conditions:

  • You are responsible for covering the return courier charges.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Product and packaging must be undamaged.

  • Item will be inspected by our team before accepting the return.

  • Once the product is received and verified, your refund will be processed.
